Number Recall challenges your ability to hold a sequence of numbers in mind and recall it in order—a skill related to working memory.
In our 2026 randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled study, 100 adults aged 18–45 with self-reported dissatisfied sleep took 2 g/day of Magtein® or placebo for 6 weeks.
Magtein® produced a greater improvement in NIH Toolbox List Sorting Working Memory scores: 6.00 points versus 1.38 points with placebo (p < 0.05) [1].
Working memory helps us keep information available while completing a task, such as remembering a number long enough to enter it.
Number Recall is inspired by this cognitive domain, not the clinical assessment used in the study or a diagnostic tool.
